Manufacturer warranty

All tires sold by NewTires.ai are brand-new and covered by the original manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Coverage terms (including treadwear mileage warranties) vary by brand and model and are provided by the manufacturer.

AI Fitment Guarantee

If a tire size we recommend for your vehicle through our fitment tools does not fit, we'll exchange it for the correct size or provide a full refund — including return shipping.

Road hazard protection (optional)

Add road hazard coverage at checkout for protection against punctures, blowouts, and impact damage from everyday road conditions for up to 3 years. Covered tires are repaired or replaced on a prorated basis.

Workmanship warranty on installation

Installations performed at our locations are guaranteed. If you experience an issue related to mounting or balancing, bring your vehicle back and we'll correct it at no charge.

What's not covered

• Damage from misuse, improper inflation, misalignment, or racing.
• Normal treadwear beyond the manufacturer's mileage warranty.
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect performance.
