Terms of Service

The rules for using NewTires.ai and purchasing from us.

Last updated June 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of NewTires.ai. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your province and able to enter a binding contract to purchase from us.

2. Products & pricing

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclude applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout. We strive for accuracy but reserve the right to correct errors in pricing, descriptions, or fitment, and to cancel any order affected by such an error.

3. Fitment

Vehicle fitment data is provided to help you choose the right size. While we back recommended sizes with our AI Fitment Guarantee, you are responsible for confirming the size against your vehicle's door jamb or current tire sidewall before installation.

4. Orders & payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline. Payment is processed securely by Stripe, with financing available through Affirm for eligible orders. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount, including taxes and any installation services.

5. Installation services

Installation appointments are subject to availability at the selected location. Service times are estimates. Vehicles must be in a safe, serviceable condition.

6. Returns & warranty

Returns are governed by our Returns & Exchanges policy and product warranties by our Warranty policy.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NewTires.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
