30-day returns

You may return unused, uninstalled tires in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Tires must be free of mounting marks, road wear, and damage.

What can't be returned

  • Tires that have been mounted, installed, or driven on.
  • Tires with visible wear, damage, or removed labels.
  • Installation services that have already been performed.

Exchanges

Ordered the wrong size? We'll help you exchange for the correct fitment. If there's a price difference, we'll charge or refund it. Our fitment tools and support team can confirm the right size.

How to start a return

  1. Contact us via the contact page or your order history.
  2. We'll email you a prepaid return label.
  3. Pack the tires securely and drop them off with the carrier.
  4. Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs

Return shipping is free for defective products or our errors. For change-of-mind returns, a return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.

Defective or damaged tires

If a tire arrives damaged or is defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost. See our Warranty policy for manufacturing defects.
