30-day returns
You may return unused, uninstalled tires in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Tires must be free of mounting marks, road wear, and damage.
What can't be returned
- Tires that have been mounted, installed, or driven on.
- Tires with visible wear, damage, or removed labels.
- Installation services that have already been performed.
Exchanges
Ordered the wrong size? We'll help you exchange for the correct fitment. If there's a price difference, we'll charge or refund it. Our fitment tools and support team can confirm the right size.
How to start a return
- Contact us via the contact page or your order history.
- We'll email you a prepaid return label.
- Pack the tires securely and drop them off with the carrier.
- Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs
Return shipping is free for defective products or our errors. For change-of-mind returns, a return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.
Defective or damaged tires
If a tire arrives damaged or is defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost. See our Warranty policy for manufacturing defects.
